Minimum Criteria:

 

• For a student to be eligible for the award of marks (0 to 8) in each of the FCs should have a minimum of 66% attendance in lectures/labs in all  subjects taken together.

•  The 66% attendance mentioned above should be after executing all waivers on account of sports, NSS, NCC & any other extra-curricular events.

•  The attendance more than 66% may be credited while allotting the marks or to break ties, if any.

• During her stay, till date, in the college, she should not be subjected to any disciplinary action.

•  Exceptional cases will be discussed individually in the committee.

• Parameters of determining an outstanding achiever will be reviewed  every semester.

• A self-assessment proforma, prepared by a subcommittee of MAC, is to be filled by the eligible students with all documentary evidences. Last date will be notified semester wise.
